Appointments can be scheduled online. To do this, you must be pre-registered in our system with a credit card on file. All appointments made without a credit card on file will be confirmed prior to the appointment to obtain a credit card or will be subject to cancellation within 24 hours.

To schedule an appointment online, simply click on “Book an Appointment” from any page. You will be asked for your ID number and password. The system will then walk you through the process of scheduling an appointment.

Package services: Due to scheduling complexities, package services may not be booked online. Please call the spa directly or you may request an appointment via email.

We ask that you notify us to cancel or change your appointment 24 hours in advance Monday-Thursday and 48 hours in advance on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Late Cancellations and No Show appointments will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total of all appointments booked or $50 per service (whichever is lesser) however Friday-Sunday Late Cancellations and No Shows are subject to a $50 per service fee, per person on your reservation, and will be automatically billed to your credit card on file. Rescheduled appointments after the 24/48 hour notice will be subject to our cancellation policy and fees. Appointments booked on Holidays are subject to an automatic 50% deposit. Groupons booked will be held by a validated Groupon voucher that is to serve as a deposited hold for appointments booked. Should there be a No Show or Late Cancellation, that Groupon voucher will be redeemed and the value will be forfeited, unless there is a Rescheduled appointment to which the Guest will be subject to our policy of obtaining a deposit of 50% or $50 whichever is lesser of the Rescheduled appointment.

Due to the large number of guests that we accommodate each day, appointments may not be cancelled or changed to a different type of service (example: Manicure to a Facial or a 60 minute massage to a 30 minute massage). Appointments cancelled or altered at the time of your visit may be subject to our cancellation policy and fees.

Substitutions to any package are not guaranteed.

You will be given a robe and spa slippers to change into before your treatment. While many people choose to wear no clothing under the sheets and towels when receiving a facial, massage or body treatment, feel free to wear your own undergarments or even a bathing suit. We can also provide you with disposable undergarments if requested.

Spa on Penn provides fully appointed changing areas for men and women, and you may store your personal belongings in lockers during your service. We request that you leave valuables at home, as Spa on Penn cannot be responsible for loss of such items.

We ask that you turn off your mobile phone when entering Spa on Penn to allow for maximum relaxation. Please be courteous of other guests and refrain from loud conversations in common areas.

Gift certificates are available for purchase online or at Spa on Penn in any dollar amount. To purchase gift certificates online, click on “buy gift certificates” at the top of the webpage and follow the instructions. Please note: All gift certificates are non-refundable.

Gratuities are not included in spa services and it is up to your discretion as to the amount you would like to tip. Gratuities may be paid in cash or by credit card. Any Large Parties of three or more Guests booked will be subject to an automatic gratuity of 20%, instituted at the time of payment rendered.

Spa on Penn accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. We also accept Spa on Penn, Spa Finder, Spa Wish and Spa Week gift cards. Spa Finder, Spa Wish & Spa Week gift cards must be redeemed in full at the time of service and may not be used to pay for gratuities.

Spa on Penn is not associated with Shine Spa and we do not accept Shine Spa gift cards.

We do not accept personal checks.

Spa on Penn will accept the return of any unopened and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. We do not accept the return of any opened cosmetics for any reason. Please purchase responsibly. If you are unsure if an item is suitable for you, please request a sample in advance or at the time of purchase so that the product may be tried prior to being opened.

All GIFT CARD purchases and payments made in advance for services are non-refundable. A Gift card may be re-issued to another name. A gift card will be issued for all pre-paid services which are rescheduled by the purchaser and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Due to safety and noise considerations, children under the age of 12 are not allowed. Parental consent is required for clients under the age of 18.

Designated parking is available directly across from the spa, please use a Spa on Penn marked space. There is limited on-street parking available. Please allow yourself ample time for parking.
